The Faculty of Hotel and Tourism Management is hosting International Hospitality & Education Invention, Innovation, and Design (IHEIID 2023) competition.
This competition gives high school students and those enrolled in IHEIID the chance to present their original work in the fields of hospitality, education, gastronomy, food service, and tourism to a wider audience, with the hope that it will be seen, developed, and supported by the appropriate authorities or interested parties. This program pursues and provides a channel for students and scholars to showcase their ideas in a short presentation via an online medium., thus providing a larger audience without any barriers of space, time, and monetary constraints.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
In order to be eligible for IHEIID, the following criteria must be met:
- IHEIID2023 is open to all Local and International practitioners, academicians, and students from the primary, secondary, and tertiary institutions (certificate level to PhD level).
- All inventions, innovations or design should foster or leads to hospitality, tourism, hotel, culinary or foodservice industry applicability or its educational purposes.
- Each participation should not consist of more than 7 members and 1 team leader (maximum of 8 persons per participation).
- Each participant should apply for copyright to avoid infringement of their innovation.
- The organizers have the right to reject any entry deems unsuitable for the event.
- For higher learning, primary and secondary school categories, LEADER must be a student.
